Odenthal Meats is considered by many to be one of the best meat markets in all of Minnesota's Czech Country. They sell more than 130 different products, fresh from the farm to your table.
Randy and Laura Odenthal started their meat processing and retail store in 1999. Back then, Randy's philosophy was the same as it is today -- "Please the customer by providing the highest quality and best tasting homemade products in the area."
Odenthal Meats has a "MN State Equal To" license which allows Randy to operate the same as a federal meat processing within the State of Minnesota. This license allows customers and organizations to "resell" their homemade products.
Randy and Laura have been so successful by combining beef and pork from local farmers, making homemade sausages from Randy's own recipes and creating products that are great for the consumer.
